Speaking is Movement
Breathing is movement, phonation is movement, articulation is movement. We can hear this movement of speaking and it means something to us – there's a message in it.
We are aware somebody's speaking, giving a message, even if we don't understand what he says. Speech development takes the same steps all over the world.
